Additionally, we may also obtain personal information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Your personal information may also be checked with credit reference agencies (who may keep a record of the information) to prevent fraud. iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. may also derive information from your use of this website and may store this information with your personal profile. This information may include site areas visited, pages viewed, frequency and duration of visits, types of transactions conducted, documents downloaded and other websites which may have referred you or to which you link. Transfer of data within the European Economic Area
Upon your registration as a customer with iFOREX Brokerage Ltd., you are deemed to have consented to the disclosure and transfer of your personal data by iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to the following entities and only with respect to the below listed purposes: any financial institution and other similar organization that iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. deals with in the course of its execution of client orders, or those that are nominated by you; • any external service provider and professional advisor that provide services to iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. for the purposes of enabling iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. to provide the services you have requested; • any organisation at your request or any persons acting on your behalf, including your financial advisor, broker, solicitor or accountant; • any third party for the purposes of processing a transaction or provide services which you have requested; or • any authority to whom iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. is required to disclose such information by law. In addition, iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. will only transfer any personal information to any of the above-mentioned authorities if the safeguards for data processing are each time satisfied with regard to each and every personal data so transferred.
Transfer of data to third countries
Personal data may be transferred by iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. to non-EEA Member States upon your consent, which is deemed to be given when registering as a customer with iFOREX Brokerage Ltd., or the transfer is permitted by law and the laws of the third country in question ensure an adequate level of protection with respect to the processing of the personal data transferred.
Updating your information
You may inform iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. at any time that your personal details have changed or that you wish iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. to delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us at cs-eu@iforex.com. We will change or delete your personal information in accordance with your instructions, except to the extent that we are required to hold your personal information for regulatory or legal purposes, to provide you with the services you have requested or to maintain adequate business records.
Cookies
If you open an account with us, you will need to use our trading software which enables us to use cookies in relation to your access to this website. Cookies are small files of information, which often include a unique identification number or value, which are stored on your computer's hard drive as a result of you using this trading software and accessing this website. What are your rights?

Under the Hungarian data protection legislation you have the right to obtain any personal data that iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. holds about you and to inform iFOREX Brokerage Ltd. of any perceived inaccuracy as well as the right to request for the deletion, with the exception of mandatory data required to be maintained as an investment service provider, of your personal data from the registry with iFOREX Brokerage Ltd.. Amendments to policy

Remedies and customer complaints
In respect of issues not addressed in the present Privacy and Security Policy, Hungarian law shall apply.
